Please note that the pricing ranges we show here are estimated considering that two people would be sharing a room. If you are a single traveler or plan to have 3 or 4 per room, the hotel portion of your budget will be adjusted accordingly. We will do our best to make sure that your budget will be used wisely to give you the best experience possible.

Note: We request that when you fill out the questionnaire that your requested dates are at least a month in the future.  

$2500-3500 per person

  • About 3-5 days

  • Economy airfare.

  • Comfortable accommodations.

  • Roundtrip private airport transportation.

  • Potentially a tour or two as the budget allows.

 

Note: Additional costs onsite such as meals and any additional tours and transportation will be on your own to be paid for onsite.


 

$3500-6000 per person

 

  • About 5-7 days 

  • Economy airfare.

  • Superior accommodations.

  • Roundtrip private airport transportation.

  • Personalized private tours, transportation and meals as the budget allows.

 

Note: Your trip will be personalized. Depending on your preferences, there will also likely be some free time to relax and enjoy your destination on your own.


 

$6000-10000 per person

 

  • About 7-14 days

  • Economy plus airfare (flights will be upgraded as fits the budget. If you prefer business or first class flights please include this in your notes. Also it is recommended that you add at least a few thousand to your budget to cover the cost of this airfare).

  • Roundtrip private airport transportation.

  • Luxury accommodations.

  • Personalized private tours, transportation and most meals (We find that many of our clients like to do some exploring and eating on their own, but if you would like all meals provided please let us know).

 

Note: Your trip will be personalized and depending on your preferences, there will also likely be some free time to relax and enjoy your destination on your own.


 

$10,000 + per person

 

  • Budgets of this range would open the door to higher luxury offerings and more exclusive locations.

  • We could cover 7-14 days as noted above but with higher luxury accommodations and experiences.

  • We could also plan for a longer trip if requested.

  • If business or first class flights are desired, please note this preference. Also it is recommended that you add at least a few thousand to your budget for business or first class flights.

  • Roundtrip private airport transportation.

  • Luxury accommodations.

  • Personalized private tours.

  • Private transportation.

  • Meals (Some clients like to do some exploring and eating on their own but if you would like all meals provided please let us know).
